RP Constructors is a full-service surveying, engineering, and construction company that completes heavy civil and industrial construction for both government and private entities.

We are unique in the world of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for many reasons, but a major one is our in-house professional services firm, Civil Engineers & Constructors, LLC (CEC).
CEC has licensed engineers, surveyors, CADD technicians, and other technicians on staff and often works hand-in-hand with RP on fast-track, complicated design/build projects. Our ability to rapidly respond and take a problem or concept to a fully functional project is a huge benefit to our clients.
